Class News!
As of Monday 7th September classes will be open for all ages.
Classes are still only Monday and Thursday 5:30pm, fitness class will continue after the martial arts class as normal.
PLEASE BE AWARE - Like everyone else we have to follow
strict guidelines to stay open and train.
Social distancing rules are to be followed by all.
1) Wash or anti-bac your hands when entering class.
2) Please keep your distance 1 metre + whenever possible.
3) If you or your child are not feeling well please do not attend class!
Masks do not have to be worn during class.
Martial Arts classes will be non contact for the foreseeable future, class will consist of warms,-ups, line work, forms and matt fitness.
